Process

For a complete tub or shower transformation: down to the studs and the sub-floor we go! If not level and sound we reinforce or replace it then install plywood against the studs. We Renovate the plumbing: full replacement of the P-trap (no more smelly smells!) new drain and updated waterlines for a nice “Water dancing flow” all the way to the shower head. With long lasting and non-porous materials we finalize the wet space before finally installing a new valve and new fixtures.

Frequently Asked Questions

Once we issue a quote it’s always all inclusive of all the described processes and our warranties. We require a deposit because that covers a portion of materials to be ordered and our crews scheduled in advance. If you decide to cancel 3 days after you signed a contract there will be a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of said deposit. OUR NEW FLORIDA CUSTOMERS WILL RECEIVE A SUBSTANTIAL PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT on top of our already very reasonable prices equivalent to 15% of the total contract price. Plumbing

Yes we update the plumbing with “Pex” materials and crimping rings as it contracts and expands with water temperature.

Yes we replace the P-trap and the drain

Yes we replace the valve, showerhead and if chosen the tub spout following your package choices

Depending on the shape of the existing sub-floor we will replace or repair it making sure it’s solid and level enough to support the new structure.

If need be we will sister-up (reinforce your studs) at no additional charge before installing plywood against them

Since we use non-porous materials for our walls and installing them in front of the flanges (lips that protrude from the base upwards)  when needed we use silicone to secure gaps or joints (silicone expands and contracts with temperatures better than other materials)

For commercial accounts (motels, hotels, or projects with more than 2 bathrooms to be redone) we offer volume discounts

Yes part of our offerings is to offer convenient financing options and for that purpose we work with different institutions. Offerings and programs change constantly so please inquire with us directly for more information.

We confirm your scope of project (tub to shower, tub to tub, etc.) color and materials choices including fixtures and accessories, dimensions, sign a contract with all the elements described, get a 50% deposit and depending if financing is needed an approval of such (in case of non-approval by financing companies contract is null and void with no further consequence). Once deposit is confirmed we order materials and fixtures which usually takes 3/4 weeks to arrive, once we receive delivery confirmation from manufacturers we call you and schedule a convenient day of installation with you (please check our Before/after page for details)
